A brief story of how Africa For Future Generations began and what drives our mission.
Africa For Future Generations (AFFG) is a South African non-profit organisation founded to empower communities through skills development, partnerships, and advocacy — with a special focus on youth and women.
Our board includes members from diverse backgrounds who are passionate and equipped to contribute in their areas of expertise.
Africa For Future Generations is an organisation which recognises the strong standing of all Africans and inhabitants in the African continent. This proudly South African organisation was registered on 10th February 2021. The main aim is to build strong community through skills development. The organisation was founded by Ms Viviane Pounguy Tsimba whose passion is to help vulnerable unemployed youth and women by equipping them with tools and resources which will make a positive change in their lives. Ms Viviane Pounguy Tsimba’s ideas came through her exposure from her working environment within the public and private sector where she gained the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience to achieve goals and objectives. The organisation is governed by board members coming from different backgrounds, passionate and equipped to contribute positively to the organisation in their areas of expertise.
